The town of Ennis has a week long Irish festival every May so we drove there three different times to enjoy what the town had to offer. We listened to a band in a pub, walked the streets, bought a tin whistle, and my favorite, sat in on a jam session of about 30 musicians!

More musicians! The man in the middle of the picture on the banjo would call out a song name, his two buddies to the left of him would start it up and everyone would join in! It was crazy!

Rod was so inspired by the jam session, we went to Custy's for a music book with beginner tin whistle Irish songs. When you see him next, ask him to play for you!

This is on the wall next to Custy's Music Shop. Apparently, this is enough of a problem to warrant a sign!
